3 mistakes I made as a personal trainer

In my “green” years of being a personal trainer, I admit, I made my fair share of mistakes. Much older and wiser, I look back at them and am a bit embarrassed that my coaching style was so rigid, black and white and narrow minded. I am glad to have grown as a human and also has a personal trainer!

Here are the 3 mistakes I made in my early career:

Mistake #1: If you want it bad enough 

Mistake #2: Everybody’s doing it, so it will work for me, right?

Mistake #3: Eat This Little, Exercise This Much
