I didn’t always feel that way. When I was younger, I didn’t really bother much to warm-up and now I am in my 40’s, it’s a requirement. As I aged, I learned my body doesn’t recover as fast as it used to and my muscles and joints need a lot more “priming” now more than ever before.

Set your timer for 5-7 minutes and repeat these exercises until your warm-up clock is up!
Inch worm x 3 reps
Down dog to up dog x 3 reps
Cat to Cow x 3 reps
Bird dog x 3 reps per side
World’s greatest stretch x 1 rep per side
