Here is my first stab at a 5 minute body scan, FREE for all! This is the beginning of my next adventure in expanding my wellness coaching offerings!

The body scan is a brief mindfulness meditation practice to relax your body and focus your mind.
The body scan meditation can promote body awareness, stress awareness, and relaxation. Practice it often. You can also try progressive muscle relaxation, breathing exercises, or visualization exercises for releasing stress and tension in your body.
How to Practice Body Scan Meditation:
The body scan can be performed while lying down, sitting, or in other postures. The audio is a guided meditation designed to be done anywhere at any time.
