How can we prevent muscle loss?

By lifting weights so that we can gain or at the very least, maintain our muscle!

HERE’S A QUICKIE LEAN MUSCLE BUILDING WORKOUT from my signature online muscle building program for women 25+ called #LevelUP:

THE WHAT’S IN YOUR CUPBOARD WORKOUT:
1. Floor Push-ups 12 reps
2. Couch incline push-ups 12 reps
3. Canned goods side raises 12 reps
4. Canned goods overhead shoulder raises 12 reps
5. Canned goods tricep kickbacks 12 reps
6. Canned goods overhead tricep extensions 12 reps
7. Couch tricep dips 12 reps
8. Air Squats 12 reps

Complete each exercise in order. After completing all exercises, rest 1 minute and repeat exercises 1-8 a total of 3 times.
