“for how hard I work, I should look different”

I used to say this to myself all of the time. Heck, I’ve even had a few strangers tell me the same (rude, I know).


As your #honolulupersonaltrainer, I really help my ladies achieve MORE by doing way LESS.

Because SOMETIMES, doing more is the #major reason you aren’t seeing results.

Here are common things I see when people first work with me:
Too much exercise and not enough calories
Too much activity and not enough recovery
Too much stress and not enough stress management
Too much deprivation and not enough balance

If you’ve ever thought this statement to yourself, there’s a good chance you need to do less.

Most times, my ladies are doing too much HIIT workouts too many times per week, all while doing the Whole Food 30 with intermittent juice fasts in between. (you get my drift?)

Sister – this is not the answer!

The clients who come to me learn how to #LevelUP their strength training and moderation best suited for their unique bodies. And 100% of the time, it’s never about doing more and eating less!

If you are “working really hard” and NOTHING is changing with ZERO progress, it may be just the time to “do less tribe.”
