Here’s a few steps to recover from BURNOUT:
1. Identify what zaps your energy. Understanding this is the first step to making a change.
2. Begin letting go of burdens. Don’t let your inner critic guilt trip you into taking on ALL OF the responsibilities you are tasked with today. What is one thing you might give up today? Try saying “no” for your time & energy that feel like burdens.
3. Create a SUPPORTIVE culture. Find your tribe, people who value and support you including your MISSION to have a BALANCED life.
