I GIVE YOU PERMISSION…
I hope this post finds you healthy, staying sane, and not too stir crazy.
As a wellness coach, I’m struggling to find the best way to help people during this time.

And all the replies have a common theme – It comes down to feelings of uncertainty, uncomfortable lifestyle changes, and the straight up thought…
“I don’t know what the heck to do with myself”
When your life is heading in an uncertain direction and your daily routines get tossed up in the air… you have permission to feel anxious (if you’re having a hard time allowing yourself to feel these feels, take this message as permission granted)!
But, I don’t want you to stay there, in that anxiety. I don’t want the anxiety and uncertainty to define your life.
So, I want to help you. I want to help you instead of living unconsciously, to now live more deliberate and aware of your daily processes.
