1 ounce apple cider vinegar1 ounce juice from a lemon
1/4 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp grated ginger or 5 drops of ginger essential oil
Optional: 1 tsp honey
