DECLARE: Tell others your goal and set a date when you’ll deliver that goal; a real, specific date! Then post it; share it; say it to the crowds out loud.
DEVELOP: Outline, take notes, do all the things necessary for you to accomplish your declared goal within the date you set when you declared your goal.
DELIVER: Do the thing! Deliver your declared goal in the time you declared it to be done!
