Everyone needs reminders every once in a while. Even if we think that we’re strong enough to make it through our lives without some extra positive juju, it’s a good idea to give yourself little reminders anyway. And I know how this can be hard – to give ourselves permission to do some of these things!

So here’s 5 minutes of positive affirmations that I want you to repeat to yourself, to give yourself permission to boost your confidence and self-esteem!

Take 5 minutes today to say these gentle reminders to yourself. It’s also good to remind yourself of these things when it feels like life just isn’t going your way, or when you feel like things are too much.

Save this and post it somewhere you will see these high vibes all the time and be sure to send this and share this with a friend! We could all use some gentle nudges.

Stop focusing on all of the things that society and social media tells us that we should be doing or how we should be looking. Live your life in a way that is best for you, and use these reminders when things start to get tough!
