5 minute meal prep – sam’s club haul

I can relate to being BUSY! Barely any time to breathe, let alone prepare gourmet, balanced meals that won’t break the bank and bust the belt!

Here’s my go-to #samsclub staples that I keep on hand each week for quick 5 minute meal prep when I’m in a time crunch.

Yep, it’s not perfect and it’s packaged, but it will give you a carb-protein-fat ratio that is satiating without breaking your macro budget!

Sometimes we gotta do what we gotta do. It’s never going to be perfect. In fact, aiming for perfection is the number one reason why we fail. If we can pivot on the fly and as for the rest, just do our best, then friends, that is WINNING! And P.S. Don’t come @ me if you don’t use a microwave. Then nope, this won’t apply to you!
