FAD diets, CRASH diets, RESTRICTIVE diets, UNSUSTAINABLE diets… THOSE diets DON’T work!

I did that exact thing for ME because I just got tired of doing it all alone. And I knew that for ME, I LOVE and THRIVE with an intimate level of accountability (one on one); someone who can talk me off the ledge when I get too “extreme” or give me that extra gentle nudge when I be slacking.
At the end of the day, social media dieting messages suck. We forgot that many fitness influencers we follow are doing much more than eating well and exercising. We punish ourselves for not wanting it bad enough or working hard enough when we do not reap the same results as those we may follow.
Remember, err with caution. What works for her, won;’t work for you. What program she’s doing, won’t give you the same results if you do that same program.
Instead, if you are wanting to create a food and fitness lifestyle you truly enjoy, first ask yourself
