I used to truly believe that getting into great shape required lots of suffering.

👉🏾🤑 on expensive supplements
👉🏾program hopping to shock body
👉🏾endless hours spent on cardio
👉🏾obsessing over perfect eating
I spent a long time thinking all of that 👆🏾👆🏾👆🏾👆🏾👆🏾was simply my genetic destiny (thanks mom & dad).
And then I just got tired of working so hard for so little in return. Spinning my wheels. Unwilling to try a different way NOT because I thought I knew better but simply out of FEAR, fear of putting MYSELF ON THE HOOK; something that I ask of my ladies every day!
Turns out I was doing a lot wrong:
👎🏾 I was chronically overtraining
👎🏾 I kept program jumping
👎🏾 I wasn’t tracking progress right
👎🏾 I wasn’t eating enough calories
👎🏾 I wasn’t eating at right times
👎🏾 I wasn’t eating correct ratios
👎🏾 I did way too much cardio to keep on lean muscle mass
Now I help ladies who are experiencing the same. Confused. Not sure where to start. Giving it their all without seeing results. Unable to start because of fear 😰, anxiety 😟 , wanting change but are unsure 😐 if they will or can follow through.
