i was doing it all wrong.

I used to truly believe that getting into great shape required lots of suffering. 

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพstarvation diets to lose body fat

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ๐Ÿค‘ on expensive supplements 

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพprogram hopping to shock body

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพendless hours spent on cardio 

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพobsessing over perfect eating 

I spent a long time thinking all of that ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿพwas simply my genetic destiny (thanks mom & dad).

And then I just got tired of working so hard for so little in return. Spinning my wheels. Unwilling to try a different way NOT because I thought I knew better but simply out of FEAR, fear of putting MYSELF ON THE HOOK; something that I ask of my ladies every day! 

Turns out I was doing a lot wrong:

๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ I was chronically overtraining

๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ I kept program jumping 

๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ I wasnโ€™t tracking progress right

๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ I wasnโ€™t eating enough calories 

๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ I wasnโ€™t eating at right times

๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ I wasnโ€™t eating correct ratios

๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿพ I did way too much cardio to keep on lean muscle mass

Now I help ladies who are experiencing the same. Confused. Not sure where to start. Giving it their all without seeing results. Unable to start because of fear ๐Ÿ˜ฐ, anxiety ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ , wanting change but are unsure ๐Ÿ˜ if they will or can follow through.
