Most times, it will feel like an uphill ⛰ battle.
You’ll want to stop. Give up. Throw in the towel. Quit.
You’ll tell yourself it isn’t worth it. It’s too much effort. You won’t get what you want.
But you push through anyway.
I just had a convo with my client Sonya today.
She’s doing all the things and she’s definitely getting progress but it’s not the INSTANT and FAST 💨 results she hoped for; quick results she had when she did her very FIRST diet some time ago.
And this is that CRITICAL point 👉🏾 when you are doing the same thing day in and day out. Exercise. Eating good. Sleeping well. Lifting. Hitting your steps. Meal prepping. Grocery shopping. Rinse and repeat.
I can’t guarantee that you’ll lose so much weight in so much time. But I can guarantee if you keep doing the things – keep on that daily grind – your results will come.
So don’t give up just yet!
This is life. The ho-hum of day to day.
Instead of asking “How long will this take me?” ask yourself, How can I make this eating and moving thing last forever?
Once you figure that out tribe (#habit) it won’t feel like a grind anymore. In fact, it will feel enjoyable and effortless! 💫❤️💪🏾
