If I can do it, you can too.

36 years old on left: binge eater and shit ton of cardio “thinking” I could out exercise my binges.

46 years old on right: newfound relationship with food and fitness when I realized that yep, you can train and eat smarter, not harder.

My age doesn’t define me.

My #ostomy doesn’t define me.

At the end of it all, I want my loved ones to remember “Lee-Ann was filled with love, grit, determination always inspiring those around her.”
