Get the family involved: Turn on some music and dance. Go for a family walk. Have races in the backyard. Make up obstacle courses. Active family fun is a great way to spend time together.
Get up early: You knew I was going to say that, right? It’s a tough change to make, but if you give it 30 days, you’ll be grateful for that early time to yourself.
Discover how your body loves to move: If your workout is something you love to do—say dancing or rock climbing—rather than something that feels like a chore, you’ll work hard to make sure you have time to do it.
Schedule your workouts: If exercise is a priority, it deserves a place on your calendar. Schedule it in, and you will be more likely to get it done.
