what can you do right now to move closer to your goal?

Each day I work with ladies who are BUSY. And it seems like there isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done. And most times, unless there are actively scheduling themselves in, their own #selfcare #health falls to the wayside. 

Easy for me to say right? I have no children. I have a flexible job. I am in control of my schedule and do as I please with the hours in my day. 

Yep, I agree with all of that. But I also know that I have the time for myself not because I don’t have other responsibilities, but because I have worked hard on setting boundaries on things in my life that are non-negotiable.  

Your health is the MOST important thing, especially now more than ever! You have to be healthy not only for yourself, but also to be able to love and show up for your family!

The foods you choose to eat, the way you move your body, and your daily habits all impact your health not only on the scale, but also inside your body, things that you don’t see or maybe not even feel right away; issues that slowly creep up over the years.

On a HAPPY note, you can start with the things you CAN control – like the foods you eat, how you move your body and exercise, and most of all, your every day habits.
