are you improving your self-doubt?

Sound familiar? For me, YES. I’ve been here too many times. And I even found myself back here most recently when switching teams. All my head noise and thoughts of self-doubt crept in.

I’ve been at this long enough to finally be able to differentiate between self-sabotage (self-doubt) and fear of the unknown.

Having self-doubts is completely normal! We all have them. And don’t be fooled by your favorite fitness influence either. Self-doubt is being HUMAN. ❤️🤙🏾

When you have self-doubt, you need to have a counter thought 💭 with one that tests your limiting beliefs.

👉🏾The longer you wait to start, the further you move AWAY from your goal. Waiting longer makes the goal bigger and harder to achieve.

👉🏾There will never be a right time to start. Just like the saying goes “The best time to plant a tree 🌳 was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.” Plant 🪴 the tree 🌲 NOW babe!

I can think of a thousand reasons why you should invest in yourself; way more than the self-doubt thoughts keeping you standing still.
