There are some days where you have a bad day with food and fitness; but, move on and then there are other days where you have that same bad moment with food & fitness that will make you wanna give up, say f-it & throw the whole day away. The truth is, that is totally OK. It only becomes an issue when we find that most of our days are like this. We all have the occasional shitty day when it comes to our health goals. The key is coming out of it! You have to find a way to take the next best step!
