The number on the scale isn’t as valuable as you think.

if you’re only focused on the number on the scale, you might become frustrated or upset at your (perceived) lack of results.

During my own weight loss phase, setting non-scale victories have been a game changer and have made a huge difference in allowing me to be consistent with my eating & exercise.

5. Improve skin health and improved digestion
