“It’s amazing the difference that nine months can make, and it all started with a commitment to myself. I actually think I achieved most of the goals within six months and I’m now just enjoying the ride of learning what my body can do!

On December 31, 2022, I weighed 163lb.
In the 12/31/22 pic, I was around 163 lbs. I was able to lose 5lbs on my own as I waited for one month only to have TWW turn me down back in February 2022, lol!

Laura’s fat burning machine kicked in! She’s well-fed and fueled ATHLETE often telling me she’s eating SO MUCH FOOD. After her first cut (12 weeks) we reversed Laura back to maintenance eating 2,000 calories a day, lifting progressively with her only cardio being the tennis 🎾 matches she so much enjoys with her teammates. After navigating much travel, her first born’s wedding and being on the go go go, Laura is currently in her second cut which will end in November.
