I forgot to post this last week! Week 21 has come and gone. I already have my next check in tomorrow. š
Week 21 was the final week of my mini #dietbreak. Headed into Week 22 my Coach gave me a choice to cut food or up cardio. I chose cardio. I have 30 min daily.
This week was per usual. Nothing extraordinary to report. Same meals. Same macros. Same habits. The changes were internal: less stress; more gratitude; less angst; improved strength; less cravings; better sleep. My mantra šļø has been this:
ITāS NOT IF, ITāS WHEN
Everything holding steady and Iām hoping to report a scale drop come tomorrow.

Iāve been nursing a right groin strain so Iāve switched out a few exercises. Being a trainer myself, itās easy and seamless for me to sub out exercises when a programmed one doesnāt work for me. I always talk it through with my Coach but bumps in the road like this do not deter me because my nature has always been āitās never I canāt, itās always, how can I?ā
Iām often asked how did I get this way? Honestly, Iāve been a determined and driven person since I was a young child.
Being the eldest of 5 in a chaotic household taught me how to survive and figure stuff out. Itās a trait I am extremely grateful for. My parents did the best they knew how. And I was determined to thrive and beat the odds.
Which is my message to you today:
We all have varying degrees of āodds;ā obstacles; mountains⦠if you have the belief in yourself, you will conquer them all. But YOU have to believe in YOU FIRST. Nobody else can create that for you. You canāt pay a Coach to create it for you. You canāt marry a person thinking they can give it to you. You canāt drink it; you canāt develop it out of distraction and nope, money š° š“ šµ canāt buy it for you. Itās IN YOU. You gotta search for it INSIDE of you. Itās always there waiting for you to tap into it. THATās the magic šŖ!
