don’t use exercise as a means to an end

ARE YOU READY FOR THIS? 😮 Are you simply using exercise as a means to an end? For weight loss perhaps? If so, hate to break it to ya, but exercise isn’t the dial mover you think it is for fat loss (your diet is the biggest needle mover). Exercise can support a solid diet but it’s not the hype that many think it is when losing weight. Many of us rely on exercise as a poor tactic to offset poor food choices; going on food binges or to make us feel emotionally better about our food choices. Flip your 🧠 mindset switch about exercise. You SHOULD be exercising period, no matter if you want weight loss or not. Exercise benefits go WAY BEYOND the scale. If you can’t figure out how to consistently move your body, then be prepared to have someone move it for you sooner than later. 💪🏾🔥❤️
