missing workouts? here’s what NOT to do!

It’s tempting to try to make up for missed workouts by eating, less or doing more. However, this can lead to burnout, injury, and other negative consequences. It’s better to ease back into your routine gradually.

It’s easy to feel guilty or frustrated when you miss a work out, but it’s important not to dwell on it. Negative self talk will always undermine your motivation and make it harder for you to get back on track. Instead, focus on what you can do today to move closer to your goals.

🙋🏽‍♀️And remember, missing one ☝🏾 workout doesn’t have to derail your entire routine. But, if you let it become a habit, it will be harder to get back on the wagon. So instead of skipping more work out, try to get back into your routine as soon as possible.

ultimately, the key to getting back on track after missing a work out, is to be patient, kind to yourself, and committed to your goals. Don’t let one miss session derail your progress – focus on what you can do today to move forward.
