As a 46 year old woman, I’ve spent 38 years of my life doing all the things I thought I had to do in order to lose weight. I remember my first diet at 8 years old.
If ya told me that eventually I would find an eating and exercise style that I truly enjoyed, I would have called BULLSHIT! 💩 As all of my food and fitness relationships up to that point, where filled with duds, red flags, and ah hell to nos!
My client @wazup_bitches reminded me today that with this diet & exercise thing, we tend to over complicate it. And yep, she nailed it on the head!
Keep it simple.
Do all in moderation.
Stop doing the shit you hate. Including the diets you despise 💁🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️
