My first #faddiet was Jenny Craig where I hit my 125lb goal.
I thought I would be so HAPPY but I was miserable.
I didn’t know how I would keep up all the cardio and calorie restriction I used to maintain that weight. I developed some dark habits during that time.
I joined Jenny Craig because I HAD to lose weight so that I could be HAPPY.
How messed up was that method?!
When you decide to diet because you WANT to and not because you HAVE to, it hits different.
