3. Start weight training. Focus on strength as your main mode of exercise. Start with body weight and work up from there. And please ditch the interval based cardio disguised as weights classes!
4. Eat for satisfaction. Make solid choices most of the time. Afford a treat daily. Focus on MODERATION and not DEPRIVATION!
5. Set a daily step goal! Do a little more each week.
