A diet whereby you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want as long as IIFYM!
Don’t get me wrong, IIFYM was the biggest appeal to me when I ditched fad diets in 2020 to 100% commit to macro tracking.
And initially, I was a kid in a candy store tracking all of the yummy treats I had put on the forbidden list as most of my carbs and fats. You see, I had to get it out of my system!
But one the sugar 🧚🏽♀️ settled, and I got real with my why for wanting to change, I knew that food quality was far more important. After all, I was putting in all this effort in the gym and spending money on a Coach, I needed to take responsibility for what was going in my mouth 👄 even though 💩 stuff was within my macro range!
So here’s the tough love part as a Coach from me to you:

So friend, take a look at your daily macro plan and ensure that 90% of your day’s food are whole, nutrient-dense food and of course leave a little room for the yummy treats that do make macro tracking 🤩 fun!
