It’s really a no-brainer that if you can meal prep at home, you can save a lot of your macro bucks 😉 but you’ll also be able to create HIGHER QUALITY food that will help you get the results you are after!
More protein, a solid amount of fiber and A LOT less fat are check points you wanna hit when making your own meals or when choosing takeout.
