how to get started with macro tracking for beginners

If ya want your free numbers, message me! This is how I help my gals in my #macrosmadeeasy coaching program! Watch today’s live to hear 👂 in depth about these steps!

  1. Plan Ahead: meal prep and pre track your meals into My Macros Plus!
  2. Prepare a weekly BIG BATCH of a single protein source like ground turkey or chicken breast.
  3. Always use a food scale, do NOT use measuring cups or spoons. Only a food scale!
  4. Always weigh your dry food in GRAMS and wet food / liquid in OUNCES.
  5. Always weigh and log your protein as COOKED!
  6. Stay Consistent: Log something every day! Log meals ahead of time. Plan out social meals beforehand!
  7. Rinse and repeat your favorite meals.
  8. Keep meals simple 5 ingredients or less; the sweet spot is 3 ingredient meals!
  9. No Excuses – the more you track, the easier it is. Busy, no time, no food are not reasons not to track!
  10. Download the app My Macros Plus and use it. Look for me @24cycle on the app and follow me to help you!
