- Plan Ahead: meal prep and pre track your meals into My Macros Plus!
- Prepare a weekly BIG BATCH of a single protein source like ground turkey or chicken breast.
- Always use a food scale, do NOT use measuring cups or spoons. Only a food scale!
- Always weigh your dry food in GRAMS and wet food / liquid in OUNCES.
- Always weigh and log your protein as COOKED!
- Stay Consistent: Log something every day! Log meals ahead of time. Plan out social meals beforehand!
- Rinse and repeat your favorite meals.
- Keep meals simple 5 ingredients or less; the sweet spot is 3 ingredient meals!
- No Excuses – the more you track, the easier it is. Busy, no time, no food are not reasons not to track!
