WHO OUT THERE HAS TROUBLE SLEEPING?
Personally, I don’t have trouble going to sleep. I have trouble STAYING asleep. It seems my mind is always on 100 24/7.

Lack of sleep can lower our willpower, making us more likely to make unhealthy choices. Overly tired = more cravings for salt and sugar!
Lack of sleep also boosts your body’s production of the stress hormone cortisol making your body more prone to storing fat.
While everyone’s sleep needs are slightly different, most people need between 7-9 hours of sleep every night to function at their best.
