In the continuation of my series “It Depends,” LOL let’s chat results, how much in how long.
Your unique person is so tricky when it comes to dieting and losing. And that’s a beautiful thing! You don’t want to be just like everybody else, am I right?
Some people can lose weight at a higher deficit.
Some can lose at a lower deficit.
Some stay the same for weeks on end.
If you are looking to lose weight in the smart and safest way, it would be in your best interest to hire a Coach 🙋🏽♀️. There is so much detail involved that can’t be explained here in a post.
BUT – If you take away anything at all from me, PLEASE REMEMBER THIS:
If you seek body fat loss, weight loss, etc. your goal should be to lose weight with as HIGH of a calorie balance as you can and see results.
It’s NOT what you THINK it should be and it’s NOT what you definitely have been doing all along – diving in as deep, and as low and as painful as possible because you want to see results in hurry.
I want you to eat as much as you can and still achieve your fat loss goals!
This is the ONLY way to effective and sustainable fat loss!
A good rate of loss is a 1/2 pound to 1-1/2 pounds per week. But once again, this depends!
The leaner you are – the slower the loss will be.
The more diets you have been off and on – the lower the loss will be.
You should look at your weight loss like an overall average – the trend not fixating on the scale day to day.
Pay attention to the trend over the LONG haul, and don’t freak out and throw in the towel or adapt extreme measures because of a day here and there of a spike or a dip!
