Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins

1 ripe banana

2 Tbsp. Peanut butter

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 whole egg

1/2 cup egg whites

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp. Baking powder

1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

2 Tbsp. Chia or flax seeds (can omit)

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 F degrees in muffin tins for 15 minutes
