🤷🏽‍♀️ I dunno what else to say so I’m gonna give you a lil’ tough ❤️ today 🙃

I literally hear this exact thing from women daily “I really need to improve my relationship with food and chuck the elimination diets because I’m always falling off my plan.”

THIS.

This is the issue.

A history of yoyo dieting that leaves you ping ponging 🎾 back and forth between restricting and bingeing.

Food and exercise shouldn’t feel like a full-time job. And I know that if you try a different way, you can create a diet and exercise plan you really enjoy.

It wasn’t until 2021 that I started doing things differently (even though I was terrified!) and now three years later, I’ve transitioned from obsessive dieter to macro moderate eater 365 days a year.
