Here’s a FREE workout you can do today at home with a single pair of dumbbells (DB)! And if you don’t have dumbbells, do the moves using your body weight! It’s a sneak peek of the types of workouts I program in my LevelUp League program; a monthly strength training membership using the app True Coach for my League athletes! It’s like having me as the personal trainer in your back pocket at a fraction of the cost!
AT-HOME WORKOUT:
5 tempo DB squats (2-3 seconds on the way down) + 5 fast DB squats
10 tempo DB bicep curls + 10 DB bicep curl pulses (partial reps)
10 DB lunges on each leg + 10 DB lunge pulses on each leg (partial reps)
5 kick through push-ups (5 reps per/10 total; you can do them on your knees)
Complete 5 rounds with 1-minute rest between rounds!
