My first #bodybuilding show is in da books!
My mantra for the last 42 weeks I’ve committed to one BIG 💪🏾 day is this:
𝙃𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙐𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙖𝙞𝙩
Rapidly moving from one habit to the next, starting very early in the morning only to arrive at your next destination to wait around for something to happen.
It’s been a whirlwind 💨 and I still feel like Big Poppa in Juicy…
It was all a dream, I used to read Oxygen magazine
Ava Cowan and Romero pumping up their gasoline
Hangin’ pictures on my wall
Every Day, cardio, lifting, eating protein y’all 😜🤙🏾
I was asked how will I handle the “high” being gone. The big goal being done with?
And that’s the BEST 👆🏾part.
I’ve done the inside work to know that it’s never about achieving that goal. That’s the easy part. The exciting and hard part is getting there.
I’m excited because now I’ll have DATA and feedback so I can see clearly with eyes wide open, how I can get better.
And I don’t know about you babes, but my ultimate never ending story goal is to experience 👇🏾
