My mantra for the last 42 weeks Iโve committed to one BIG ๐ช๐พ day is this:

Rapidly moving from one habit to the next, starting very early in the morning only to arrive at your next destination to wait around for something to happen.
Itโs been a whirlwind ๐จ and I still feel like Big Poppa in Juicyโฆ
It was all a dream, I used to read Oxygen magazine
Ava Cowan and Romero pumping up their gasoline
Hangin’ pictures on my wall
Every Day, cardio, lifting, eating protein yโall ๐๐ค๐พ
I was asked how will I handle the โhighโ being gone. The big goal being done with?
And thatโs the BEST ๐๐พpart.
Iโve done the inside work to know that itโs never about achieving that goal. Thatโs the easy part. The exciting and hard part is getting there.
Iโm excited because now Iโll have DATA and feedback so I can see clearly with eyes wide open, how I can get better.
And I donโt know about you babes, but my ultimate never ending story goal is to experience ๐๐พ
