while you are at it, why not make the most of it?

I post a lot about macros and lifting as a way to create long lasting #fatloss because all of the women I work with always want to start with that goal.

But aside from that, there are so many other benefits that go way beyond just losing weight when you make lifting and nutrition your focus!

Here are some fast facts:

πŸ’ͺ🏾 more muscle strength to do your day to day stuff with ease (carrying those groceries in one trip πŸ˜ƒ)

βœ… better bone density decreasing risk of injury when falling and reducing your osteoporosis risk which increases with aging.

πŸ”₯ better ❀️ health from improved endurance; lower blood pressure this reducing your heart disease risk.

🀩 better mood and emotions – exercise boosts feel good hormones reducing anxiety, depression and stress!

☝🏾 improved metabolism due to better blood sugar balance when you eat well and move often.

βœ‹ increased performance. Lift heavy consistently and you will increase your strength definitely not to mention your speed, quickness and agility πŸ’¨.

My best tips?!
-Lift 2-5x per week
-Eat protein + fiber + flavor at every meal
-set a step goal as your daily β€œcardio”
-sleep 7-9 hours nightly
-drink 84-100 ounces of water daily
-have a go-to method for managing stress!
