I used to think it was finding the perfect diet or the perfect exercise program.
I used to believe that I would be happiest at a certain weight, size or shape.
I’ve been at my lowest scale weight and miserable.
I’ve had some of my happiest moments at my heaviest weight too.
I learned that you can’t use food and fitness to find yourself.
And I’ve realized that it’s never ONE ☝🏾 thing.
It’s ALL of things and doing all of the things consistently over time that is the “secret” 🤫 formula.
