How are you choosing to move your body today?
In the last year, my movement has been WAY DIFFERENT. More Lifting. Way way way LESS cardio.
Don’t trip yourself up by telling yourself old narratives.
The way you used to do something is not always going to work.
Just because it worked before, doesn’t mean it will work this time.
The keys are to move and be consistent about it. Move daily.
It’s much more important to just move than to overwhelm yourself with figuring out what movement!
