Truth be told – your APPROACH has to be different. And your approach must change with age! If you have 10 or fewer pounds to lose, your approach will different than having to lose 30+ pounds. That diet or plan that worked for you when you were in your 20s, 30s or even 40s – that diet will NOT work for you now.
The MAIN problem I see my clients deal with is never changing their approach to fat-loss throughout their fat loss phase. I have also seen a lot of women practically kill themselves with food restriction and over exercise to simply lose that last pesky 10 pounds or so (they keep cutting calories and they keep doing more exercise). As YOUR Coach, I will monitor your progress over time while teaching you how to implement subtle tweaks to your eating so that you can keep on moving forward on the fat loss train!
