Yep folks, even myself, Coach / Trainer / Instructor – I have more BLAH days than good ones; more days when motivation has flown the coop and the LAST thing I want to do is to move, exercise, stretchโฆ
Yesterday afternoon, our bedroom was flooded from an upstairs apartment whose sink was overflowing. My bed is ruined. I had planned to go to the gym to lift, but this hiccup changed my plans.
