A study conducted by scientists at Baylor University found people lose more weight when they spend time with others who have committed to living a healthy lifestyle, whereas people who just want to lose weight (but don’t) spend more time with those who share the same goals (want to lose weight but have been unable to follow through with that). The study also showed that the more time people spent with those already living a healthy lifestyle, the more weight they lost!
