For a long time, I didn’t believe that food mattered as much as it does. I ate “sort of” clean but justified my “reward” because I was doing SO MUCH exercise!
Even tho’ I always…
-ate a lot of protein
-lifted heavy 3-4x / week
-did cardio for 90 min / daily
-stuck to a calorie limit
My scale never budged.
My clothing size went up
I never saw muscle definition
And I was EXHAUSTED at doing all of these things for ZERO change, if not even worse results than I had before.
