As a Coach, people expect me to have all the answers. Truth is, I don’t. I’m human. I’m just like you. Sure, I may lift heavier, with better technique and can be macro speedy for tracking. But, that stuff didn’t lessen my own weight struggle for most of my life.
Now as I experience food and fitness from a different lense, here are my six #mindset shifts that have helped me get here.
