Yesterday @themovementmaestro said this in her email and I got chicken skin (FYI, what we call โgoosebumpsโ in Hawaii).
In 3 short years, Iโve felt like Iโve burned to the ground and rose from the ashes many a times.
I took both leaps of faith and remained holed up in a cave of fear.
Iโve made big decisions and have also required a shit ton of affirmation for many of those plays.
โDraw parallels between the new and the old, and have the confidence to bring in your past experience to the table youโre presently at.โ
Change isnโt the end but a merging of what we knew and what we now know.
In the past year, Iโve really focused on getting good with myself because I knew that I needed to be good with me so I could be GREAT for the people who work with me.
And now I get to use all of that past experience to the table Iโm currently at – the table of owning my expertise and leading my example.

For me, itโs pull-ups. Being consistent as F on those and guess what, ITโS WORKING!
Next up, itโs the love for my body despite having an Ostomy – still a little hard as F, but thatโs why I keep showing up and showing OUT wink wink anyway! Is THIS what they call exposure therapy??? ๐
