I’m a morning person. I like to get up early. I like to workout early. Mornings are my jam.
So when I started training clients who prefer early morning sessions (before work, before kids wake up…), I had to shift my own exercise routine. Now I rotate between midday and evening workouts.
Which leads to this question I receive quite often:

I wish it were that simple. And I wish it were that instant.
The BEST time to do cardio for weight loss is the time you will actually do cardio!
Morning, afternoon, evening – schedule your workout when you are the most likely to do it.
And if you’re new to this whole “I’m trying to exercise regularly thing…” do it first thing in the morning before you get bogged down with all the days to-dos!
After all, the best workout plan is the one you’ll stick to, right?
