Strength training is why I left my corporate career in 2011 to pursue fitness coaching full time.
I had fallen in love with the confidence and sense of empowerment I received from strength training and was determined to help more women experience the same thing!
We all know we should eat healthy and do cardio for exercise. We are quick to say “of course, my health is important to me!” Yet, more times than we’d prefer to admit, our actions (and habits) speak otherwise.
We blame quick fix fad diets and their failures. We excuse ourselves by saying we weren’t told to eat veggies as a kid. We bully ourselves to believe we aren’t worthy of success and change.
Transformation has WAY MORE to do with what’s going on inside – really it does!
Your outside is merely a representation of what’s happening internally, ESPECIALLY what’s being tossed around in your 🧠.
