habits aren’t hard

is a statement I hear 👂 as a Coach often; weekly if not daily.

And I GET IT. Every day there are things that…

👉🏾I DON’T want to do
👉🏾Are HARD for me to do

And the only difference between me 🙋🏽‍♀️ and YOU 👈🏾👉🏾is that I’ve built my “career” around figuring out how to ditch the #excuses so that at the end of the day, I get shit done; the stuff I LOVE ❤️ and the stuff not so much. It’s a simple routine that I now teach the ladies I work with. #habitmastery

Every day, YOU do stuff; have HABITS; a routine; stuff you do no matter what; stuff you enjoy and stuff you HAVE TO DO.

Take a hard look 👀 at that stuff. Some it it serves you well. Others maybe not so much. We all have GOOD 🙋🏽‍♀️habits and we all have BAD 🙅🏽‍♀️ habits.

What’s allowed me to keep wellness and my health at the forefront despite my life circumstance or my body size, is because I set my intentions daily.

Every day, I remind self these golden 🥚:

-what I do daily matters most
-hard becomes easy with consistency
-focus on the journey not the final destination
-saying no isn’t selfish, it’s smart
-easy is earned
-my effort will make me feel better not worse
-always start now
-if it scares you a little, you are ready for it!
