Happy New Year! Welcome to episode number 2 my bet fat loss tips that you can start right now. It’s the 3 most important tips I found super helpful for me when I was going through my own fat loss journey in March of 2020.
As always, m I know you are busy, so I am going to keep it short and sweet!
Fat Loss Tip #1 Set a Deadline
If your goal is to achieve a sustainable rate of weight loss over time, it’s important that you set a firm dieting timeframe with a start date and end date. It becomes more difficult to lose weight the longer your diet lasts and the leaner you are.
By setting a firm timeline and deadline with the mindset that you will be ALL IN will give you the structure and accountability you need to progress effectively. Having a firm start date and end date is like having a roadmap to guide your fat loss journey, ensuring you stay focused, motivated, and on track to achieve results within a specific timeframe.
Allow for anywhere from 4-16 weeks. Set this firm boundary and get started!
Fat Loss Tip #2 Include ALL foods!
Gone are the days where we believe that sustainable fat loss results only come with suffering and white knuckling tactics. You have to enjoy how you eat in order to lose weight effectively for the long haul. Decide to include all foods into your fat loss plan.
Focus on eating in moderation and choosing nutrient-dense options from all food groups to support overall health and sustainable weight loss. Pre plan a daily treat that you work into your diet. Remember, the way you eat to lose is the exact same way you have to continue to eat in order to keep your weight off for good.

Fat Loss Tip #3: Eat out 1-2x per week
If you think you can lose weight by eating out several times per week, I am sorry that you are sorely mistaken. If fat loss is your goal, keep your social meals out to 1-2x per week and plan for them! Track those social meals to the best of your ability.
Eat most of your meals at home. Cook at home. Limit take out / social meals to no more than 2x per week. Keep staple foods in your fridge. Have two options of Proteins, two options of carbs and 2 options of fats readily available that you can mix and match to create meals on the fly.
