your thoughts are NOT FACTS

Don’t be misled by your end of year thoughts 💭…

“ I’m too busy with hectic holiday stuff to stick with my diet and exercise.”

“I’ll be on vacation so I won’t have access to my usual food and workout equipment.”

“I’m gonna stick to it once the new year comes and this time I’m gonna really do it.”

NO! No you won’t! How many times do you have to ride this merry-go-round?

Your thoughts aren’t facts.
When we don’t want to do uncomfortable things, our minds will create every excuse to make us believe we are making a rational decision.

It’s funny how we sell ourselves on our own marketing all of the time.

Constantly negotiating, rationalizing behavior and choices that work against our goals.

Think 🤔 about it! You are what you always do. So if you always fall off during the holidays only to restart again in the new year, you’ll continue to repeat 🔂 this cycle over and over again!

Decide if you want to change.

Ask yourself if your want of a change outweighs the effort you can put forth.

I say this with love ❤️ because your process will not be perfect but it’ll be a process that can withstand not only the holiday hustle but all of the obstacles that may arise!

I’m cheering for you! #honolulupersonaltrainer
